Does anyone have any suggestions on how the hell I can relieve this??? Ugh, I can't sleep because I can't keep one or sometimes both of my legs still. This is just insane......

I feel your pain on this!! My Dr told me lots of water and prop them up, she might have mentioned a banana too. Our recliner has become my friend. I am in it usually till I am dozing and tired enough to crawl into bed and sleep which is anywhere from 11p-3a. It sucks! I just reposition them till I can get them still...I hope you can get some relief...

it sucks doesn't it?? I had it with my dd and again with baby #2. I've been taking tylenol PM and it seems to help me sleep which helps my not think about my legs being like that.

LOL, ferfer1, I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one on the Tylenol PM. It does help me sleep better, but it seems like it takes like 2 hours to kick in. Thank you guys for the suggestions. I really appreciate it. I drink loads of water so maybe I'll try propping my legs up like you said, FrancesM. I'm due on Tuesday, but scheduled for induction on Thursday, so not too much longer, I guess. I do remember having RLS with my first baby, but I think it was a lot worse this time around. Thanks again!
