I have heard that sleeping on your back while pregnant is bad, but it seems thats the only way I am comfortable. If i sleep with pillows around me and am on my back i am more comfortable, but i dont know if it is bad for the baby.. if it is then i would rather be un comfortable then cause harm to my unborn baby.... anyone have any advice or help or anything?!

In the second half of your pregnancy you should stop sleeping on your back if possible because it puts a lot of weight on your inferior vena cava a major vein and also your spine and other organs. I have always slept with a body pillow between my knees on my left side as much as possible moving to my right side if I get too uncomfortable in one position. If you haven't tried the pillow between your knees try it, it makes all the difference.
