Sleeping Problem At 24 Weeks

In the second half of your pregnancy you should stop sleeping on your back if possible because it puts a lot of weight on your inferior vena cava a major vein and also your spine and other organs. I have always slept with a body pillow between my knees on my left side as much as possible moving to my right side if I get too uncomfortable in one position. If you haven't tried the pillow between your knees try it, it makes all the difference. |
