Sore Left Side?

According to my LMP, i shoujld be about 5w4d pregnant, I did ovulation induction treatment so i know there was a good size follicle on my left side. Just for the since yesterday and still right now, i kinda have a sore feeling from that side, it doesn't hurt or anything, just feels sore. I haven't spotted or anything. Did anyone else experience anything like this?
