Spotting A Lot Of Vaginal Pressure

I have had some spotting off and on the whole pregnancy and now i'm having a lot of pressure in my vagina. I'm 14 weeks pregnant. This is my 4th pregnancy and I have never had this with any of them. I am also only 6 months postpartum. I called the doctor today and she pretty much just brushed me off saying that it is just gas which I know it is not. I know what gas feels like. It feel's like i'm 37 weeks pregnant already. I'm kind of freaking out about this.
