Symptoms, Or Not?

Seince friday I've had a horrible stuffy nose and headache. I checked my temp. this morning and it was a normal 98.6 . I've also had terrible nausia(spelling?). I'm 8W 4D prego. I've not been to work seince friday either. I can't bare to because I'm so uncomfortable. Any suggestion? I can't tell if I have a cold roo or if it's just prego symptoms......any thoughts?
