Unbearable Pain.....

I was just in the hospital for the 2nd time for premature labor after leaving the hospital i noticed that i have lots of clear discharge and wet underwear...they checked to c if my water broke...it didn't. I feel unbearable pain related to before going to the bathroom but it doesn't actually hurt while using the bathroom. Constipated and don't know what to do. What could be the reason for this pain? No position relieves it.

did they check you for a UTI? sounds weird, but for some reason in pregnant women it seems to be the cause of almost everything.
