Have the ten year paraguard(IUD) for about a year and I missed my period. I did have very light spotting for a day or so. I thought I was not suppose to miss a period while on this IUD since it had no hormones. I don't know what to do. I'm like four weeks late. Any suggestions?!?!?

take a pregnancy test...nothing is 100% effective. if you are pregnant you want to find out now, not later. good luck.
