i took an ept test when i was pregnant but it came out negative. 1 week later i did it again and it was positive. sometimes the hormone doesnt show up if you do it too early. if you dont get a period take it again.

yes.the test measures hormones that exist when there is human cell reproduction going on, but the levels could be so low that the test doesn't detect it yet.
