I am almost 15 weeks and have been experience lower back pain from day 1 of my pregnancy. Recently it becomes much more discomfortable. My job requires me to sit all day (better than standing I am sure), but of course I take short walks whenever I can, sit on an extra cushion, wear low heel shoes, take yoga / pillate, etc. I try hot bottle of water but only when I am at home. I don’t want to take any type of drug for now… I am afraid the pain will get worst from here. My OB visit is not for another week. What do you recommend me to do to ease the pain? Garment? Some type of oil or lotion? Eat certain thing? Thanks in advance ladies.
