Bleeding Stretch Marks

I am 4 days away from my due date, and the stretch marks on my stomach are so incredibly itchy by the end of the day. I put stretch mark lotion on all throughout the day, but the closer it has gotten to the due date the worse they are getting. Tonight I looked at them and a few right around my belly button had a few dots of blood. I'm worried that they can't stretch any more, and that there isn't enough lotion in the world to keep them soft. What do I do? Is this dangerous?

that is a little scary. Are you really big? I mean your tummy. I hope you have a quick delivery to ease this worry.
