Burning In Lower Belly At 31 Weeks

i have burning in lower belly if i stand or walk more than 30 mins. also sharp almost stapping pain all over belly. should i go to hospital now or wait until doctor appt on friday. i am 31 and ahalf weeks. 2nd baby. please help.
