A lot can depend on how often you are having sex. If you are having unprotected sex 3-4 times a week and have been for a while now then there could be a problem. A far as Doctors here are concerned if you have been trying for a year with no sign of pregnancy and are under 30(over 30 it is six months) then you need to be checked over for fertility issues. There is an old saying, what goes up must come down and that is all that is hapening. It is normal for some of he sperm to come back out and in no ways means you won;t fall pregnant.

Have you confirmed you are ovulating? Try temping for a few months to verify. Are you having intercourse during your peak fertile days?
