i'm about 7 weeks pregnant and i've been having period-like cramps for the past day or two, getting worse today, but i'm only having minimal brown blood like implantation bleeding. I did have a miniscule amount of red blood when i went #2, as a side effect of the Z-pak i'm on for a sinus infection. anyone experience this before? i'm freaking out because i have had a miscarriage before and i'd hate to have another one.
