Okay... it hurts when he fingers you. Have you considered asking him to stop? Perhaps he needs to trim his nails? Does it hurt when your DR gives you an internal? Maybe he's being a little rough? You can continue to do what you want, but you want input soooo I myself wouldn't do it. If it's hurting, it isn't worth it...plus you increase your chance of infection if his finger nails are cutting you. As far as speeding up the process of stretching yourslef out, I'm not an expert. I would suggest just waiting, considering our hormones take care of most of that when the time is right. I wouldnt stick large fingers or bottles up there to speed up the process. Let it happen natural... the reason it's hurting is because ur body is trying to tell u something....simply stop.

are you talking about a perineal massage or sex?

if you're nervous your muscles down there will clench up. if you don't have enough foreplay, you don't give your body time to "get ready" for sex and there's no lubrication down there---all these things could lead to it really hurting.

bunchies your response to that comment almost made me split my sides with laughter. Laxin431 please don't do anything that makes you uncomfortable it is your body's way of saying "uh-uh don't like that" and i agree you open yourself and your baby up to infection especially if this aggravates your womanhood. Or maybe he should just be more gentle.
