I get lower abdominal pains when I ovulate, my sister does too. When you ovulate, you usually will have a thick, clear discharge. Also, during both of my pregnancies I had a couple of pains in the center of my lower abdomen that felt like being poked with a needle. They were around the time that implantation would occur. I was on the pill and i had some bleeding but it didnt feel like my period now im havin pain in my lower stomach im queezy all the time and im always hungry

my stomach has been cramping alot lately. i went to the doctor about 1 month ago. he gave me some kidney pills to flush my kidney's out. it helped, but the pain is back. i feel really bloated and i keep gaining alot of weight. and i keep having a discharge that odors. could i be pregnant?
