Pain

i have a stinging pain just above my belly button but slightly to the right its goes away with rest but if i move or get up and do the littlest thing its there instantly its also sore to touch when its there my midwife says its the babys head which in a breech position any ideas to help change position to relive this pain

I know that there are excersizes that you can do to try and get the baby to switch from breech to head down....I dont know exactly what they are but ask your midwife she should be able to fill you in...good luck.
