Oh yes. Warm compresses help and bras with NO underwire. Also saying Dang I wish this was over with already...over and over sometimes helps... ;-)

Thanks Dawn, I have been doing the commpression thing and it sort of helps, but people look at me funny while I do that at school in the bathroom. I guess some people just aren't that open minded

In the maternity stores I go to they have these really cool compresses that can either be heated or frozen that can be worn in the bra. You can't see them unless your wearing something tight. I've used them when I was nursing my son and I tell you RELIEF!
