Hi angel,
I have a 34 day cycle, and I haven't seen my period since the 19th of may I waited until I was 13 days late to take a pregnancy test, it came back negative, yesterday, I went to the clinic and took another test, it too came out negative...then they gave me two sticks to take home, i tested this morning still negative, so I will test again in seven days...I will keep posting until I am SURE I am or not pregnant...GOOD LUCK TO YOU...I FEEL YOUR FRUSTRATION :)

I have been reading these posts for the past 20 days...hoping that my period would come! Yet, still no period! Lately, I have been having tummy and breast pains and cramps which is VERY unlike my body. Also, growing appetite and frequent bathroom runs. I have taken 4 pregnancy tests and all have come back negative. (Last one taken 7/5) Knowing that that MORE than likely means I'm not pregnant, I haven't been worrying about it since...my boyfriend wants me to just go in but I would rather just wait another week. What would you all suggest?

I have been waiting forever, and I cannot take the suspense any longer...so far I have taken three pregnancy test and they all came out negative...I think you should just go in, and find out, I'm going to do that tomorrow. I f I were you I'll do the same let me know the outcome.

hi, ok im 14, but im 7 days late, i have major crapms lik my period, but no blood at all, since my last period i havent had intercorse, but me and me ex were follin around a lot!!...ive been urinating a lot, my brests hurt, my back hurts, ive been lightheaded, and all that...ive taken 2 home tests and they both came back neg, i want to go see my doctor, but my parents still thinks im a virgin and they would kick me out if i am pregnant, and i have no way to the doctors....im getting kind of worryed....is it saft to lay on my belly if i am pregnant?...and i cant sleep without my sleepin pills but i cant take them, and im not getting much sleep..is this ok?...plz someone help me!!

Meredith.... Please go to Planned Parenthood they won't tell your parents. I was 14 went I got pg in 1995 and scared too. If you take another home test, it needs to be the sensitive ones like First Response, or Answer makes one too. Yes you can sleep on your belly, till it gets uncomfortable, sleeping pills or any medicine can hurt the baby if you are pg. I would try and wait it out a bit, it might just be nerves...they always mess me up.

me again! i keep readin the posts even though i got mine, and u girls need to all relax! the tone of ur posts seems anxious and stressed, as i have said before if u relax ur body will take over. for those of you who arnt in a position to be pregnant relax, there are many options available to you and many many clinics which provide support. Being pregnant isnt the end of the world and in some cases the beggining, for those who are trying. My posts were full of anxiousness and stress and when i finally relaxed my period came. i have learnt my lesson now and use protection even with the pill. but for those nights where you get carried away in the heat of the moment....try to get youselves on the pill. goodluck to everyone!! xxx

The last 3 months me and my partner have been trying for a baby and this month we got luck when i missed my period. I took a pregnancy test but it came out negative and as i was having some pain i assumed i wasnt pregnant, but last thursday (5 days later) I started getting really bad abdominal pain and then started bleeding very heavily. I am having to wear thick night time pads but even they dont cope with the amount of blood. Then yesterday i went to the toilet and found a big walnut size clot of flesh/tissue on my pad...does this mean i'v miscarried?

dee dee, god sounds like you should go to the doctor asap, i dont think something walnut sized would have formed over ur 5 days late. but to be sure id go to check it out!

Would the doctor see me even if i have no appointment? If he doesnt see me where should i go?

if u state the urgency of the appointment the doctor should see you, is the doc doesnt see you, dont stress, just look up other doctors and if not a weel woman clinic! dont worry hunny, im sure everything is ok!

I'm still waiting! I'm going to test again this Friday. I'm trying not to get my hopes up. I'm going to try and make a doctors appointment If I get another negative and don't start. Wish me luck.

just to update... i am now 12 days late... took another pg test last saturday morning(first pee, this my 3rd test) and it still came out negative... it's been 47 days since my last period... I'm going to get a blood test this coming Saturday if I still don't get it... so we'll see, shall we?
ps. don't you guys have walk in clinics near you? you don't need appts for those kind of clinics you just go in and ask to see a doctor... :)
don't worry for the young people here... everything works out in the end... :) just be careful next time, and I don't think you should be doing anything anyways, that you can't be responsible for the consequences, if you want to be treated like a grown up, then you should be responsible. :) just a piece of advise...

Angel: If you are 47 days late and still getting a negative result, then you are not pregnant. You need to go see a Dr. to find out why your body won't let you start, but I can assure you, it is not because of pregnancy. Keep us posted on what your Dr. finds out!!!!

I just read that women who exercise regularly ovulate late in there cycles. After you ovulate you need to wait at least 14 days after to take a pregnancy test. I hope that this may help.

Its not an answer. Another question infact. Me n my wife have been married for 2 months now. Both of us were virgins. We have been tryin for a baby all this month and now her period is 6 days late. Our home test showed a negative. We'll be going to the doc tomorrow for a blood test. She does have pain in the lower abdomen sometimes. What should I do?

Hello again, I put a post up yesterday just answering to that....i got rushed to hospital because of the bleeding and it turns out i have stage 2 of Endometriosis :( :( :(. At least I know why i have not been able to get pregnant. I have had the symptoms since i started having periods but finally they know what was wrong (took 8 years!). I'll keep you posted on what happens and hopefully i should be able to have children in the future. Keep thinking positive :)
