Tingling In Left Leg...

I have been getting this tingling feeling on my upper left leg/ thigh. It usually only comes at night when im trying to sleep, or when i try and relax. And i cant stand it. My leg also gets pain through out it too, is all of this normal or what?
Please help, im 16 and im new to this stuff.

Sounds like you're getting sciatica -- which is caused by a pinched nerve. Bring it up with your doctor to see what he or she suggests for you.
