hi I'm 32wks pg and have been having horrible upper back pain. It's right along my bra line and is usually on one side or the other, today it's the left! I know it's muscle related and wondered if anyone else had this and what I can do to help it! I've tried everything, counter pressure and heat seem to help, an dlying on my back but I can't lie in bed all day! Also, has anyone with this had back labour?. I'm afraid I might b/c of it, or is that only lower back pain?. Any suggestions are welcome thanks!
