I was wondering what you can take for a sore throat when your still in the first trimester?I have no pther symptoms of cold just a really sore throat. This might be a stupid question but is strep throat dangerous in pregnancy. I read about strep infection, but I guess its different then strep throat.Please someone respond!

Well I found out today I have strep throat and put on antibiotics. Does anyone know if this causes problems with the fetus?
