I didn't show at all until I was at least 16 weeks with my first. I did notice my clothing was tight at arounf 13 weeks. I'm sure she will be fine.

I am also 11 weeks pregnant and not showing at all. I do seem a little bloated sometimes but others my stomach is as flat as a pancake. My weight has pretty much stayed the same so far also. I believe that for your first this is quite normal. I've heard other people say that they didn't show at all until they were 4 months. As long as shes eating healthy, she'll be fine and the constipation is normal too. She just needs to eat alot more fruit, vegies and try wholegrain bread.
