Yes december 12th jus found out today :)

Hi Ladies,
I got my BFP yesterday and my due date is Dec. 7th. How soon can you test to find out Candace? I've got my fingers crossed for you! So what symptoms are you ladies having? I've been going through some pretty big mood swings and my bbs feel heavy, plus I've been falling asleep at like 8:00 every night. By the way my name is Brooke. Hope to get to know you all and that we all have a healthy and happy pregnancy!!!

Hello! Doctor says my due date is Dec 8th. They put me on progesterone because I had a blighted ovum last year. I also have a son who is 2 years old.

Sounds like we are only a day apart. How've you been feeling so far? You are having your children at about the same space apart I had my first two. My son is 8 and my daughter is 5 1/2 so they were pretty close in age when they were born, tough at first but once my daughter was a year old they started playing together pretty well. This one will be quite a bit younger but hopefully the older two will want to help, we'll see. If you don't mind, what is a blighted ovum and why do they give progesterone to prevent it? I've heard of it but not really sure what it is? I look forward to sharing the next nine months of joy with you, here's to our little ones!!! ~Brooke~

Hi Brooke,

Blighted ovum is when there was a successful fertilization and implantation but for some reason, the embryo did not develop. My doctor prescribed progesterone to make my uterine lining thicker and make sure that it holds the baby. But progesterone does not preven blighted ovum. My DS is really excited for his brother or sister. When I ask him if he wants a sister or a brother, he always say sister. I hope this pregnancy goes well. I also have an ultrasound next Tuesday. Hopefully, everything turns out okay.

Thanks for that info, I never knew what it was. So the progesterone is just to help with the uterine lining, was that an issue before for you? My ds always said he wanted a baby sister when I asked him and he was right, it turned out I was pg with my dd so maybe you'll have a girl this time. I've had a few mc's and it makes me nervous again this time, how about you? I try not to think about it or even mention it and just keep the picture of me holding my newborn in my head and making it as real as possible so that I don't start thinking negatively or worrying too much. I can't wait til I reach my 2nd trimester, I know I'll feel so much better. My symptoms really just seem to be tiredness and mood swings. My bbs were sore but now they just feel heavy. How've you been as far as symptoms go? And you said you get to go to the doc next week, that's great. Please let me know how the u/s goes. So I'm 5w4d are you 5w3d, just a day behind? I hope that we both have healthy, happy, intelligent, beautiful, babies born this december and that our pg's go as smooth as possible, that's what I'll keep praying for the both of us. Hello. I was wondering if any of you ladies could help me out. I believe I may be pregnant, but I am not one hundred percent sure. I want to know if any of you have already experienced any pregnancy symptoms yet and what they felt like for you. It would be greaty appreciated if you could help me out. Please and thank you.

Yes I have experienced some symptoms and actually on the signs of pregnancy board I wrote out my entire tww so if you want to read it I put it under "my earliest signs of pregnancy from o day". hi there everyone i am ttc and if it has worked this month then i will be due 29th december i have 2 allready !! one is 7 and one is 2 . i just dont know whats happening this month i Od on 6th of april i think well i had the pains and a + opk and bd all around that time so fingers crossed for all of you too i would love to wait out the 2ww with you all i hate it !!!! sian x

hello! i am 6w 1d today, due december 8!!! i have had 7 miscarriages and one ectopic 2 years ago (couldnt get pregnant afterwords until they unblocked my tubes 6 months ago.) i am very excited about being pregnant as i was diagnosed with a luteal phase defect as the reason for my miscarriages. my dr. has been monitoring me very closely and is very happy to say that she thinks i am passed the hump and everything is looking great! my hcg levels are perfect and my doctor felt that my uterus is growing (she is confident it is in the right place.) next week i get my first ultrasound and it will be the first time in all of my pregnancy's that i will see my little bean. i am so excited!!!!

That's so awesome, congrats!! I hope to hear back from you that the u/s went perfectly and that you saw the heartbeat too. I am praying for all of us that we get to share the next nine months of healthy and happy pg's.

I wanted to ask you how you found out you were 6w1d now 6w2d since when I looked up how far along I am on four different sites it told me I am 5w6d today? I haven't been to my dr's yet so maybe that is it? Is it because of a longer cycle or luteal phase or what? Just trying to figure it out, this will be my third child so I was counting like they did before. I hope you are right though because that would have to mean I am 6w3d today since I'm due Dec 7th. Anyway, just interested to hear what you have found out and hoping times goes quickly for both of us through our 1st trimesters. Ttys and glad someone is finally writing back on here, I was beginning to think Dec mommmies would never pick up! Brooke

Hi Ladies....

I have an almost 12 year old this month & a 10 month old. I'm now pregnant 4 weeks. Just found out last saturday. So far so good. No morning sickness. I'm eating more then before, but it's great. I feel good. Let's see within a few more weeks if I feel the sameway. By the way for now they said my due day is December 13,2009.
