I just got my BFP this morning. Online calculator (that I checked like 2 weeks ago, just in case, lol) gave a due date of April 11. Yipee!!!

Thats great...its funny how we can find out sooo early in the pregnancy huh? i went to the dr tue and they r still saying april 1ST so i have a long road ahead of me. meand pregnancy dont really get along so thats why im glad to be getting this one done so i can be done!! what r u wanting? we want a boy this time. but as long as he/she is healthy then im happy. im about to turn 32 in aug. how old r u? is this ur first?

I don't know my exact due date yet -different dates given depending which online calcualtor I'm using, but I think I'll be having a late March or early April baby (the range is March 29-April 5). I got my first BFP on a HPT on July 20th (and have taken a couple of more since then just to 'make sure';)
I'm 34 and we have a beautiful little boy who turned 1 yr old on May 27th. I also spend time on the 'toddler' board here with other mommies that I met when I was pregnant with my son. I look forward to chatting with you!

Wow...fun! I am due April 11 (maybe April 12). However, I'm not too excited (well not yet)...see I have a 4 year old son but I also have had 2 miscarriages since. I think that I am just nervous.
Because of the 2 losses, I will have a 7 week ultrasound (maybe that will help to ease my mind).

Hello ladies, well i just got a positive yesterday, very light though. If i go off my lmp my due date is April 13th, but i'm pretty sure i o'd around cd 21-23 which would only make me 10-11 dpo and would explain my light positive. I have a beautiful dd who just turned 2 on the 6th, but like VSETTER i am causitiously optimistic, my 1st pregnancy ended in a miscarriage so i know i have several weeks to go before i can breath easier. Good luck to everyone. I joined a group of august mommies back in 07 and i still talk to some of them, i really enjoy having a group of women to talk to who are going through the same things.

YAY IM SOO GLAD THERE R APRIL MOMMMIES ON HERE NOW!!! eastcoast...i use to be on here too when i was pregnant with my daughter who turned a year June 25!! so thats funny. we were on here at almost the same time but i was a July Mommie then!! so im happy to see someone else is havin a baby so close to their other children. i got pg on my daughters bday...so we can tell her it was our present to her lol..
well im dealing with pretty bad morning sickness. it starts at 5 am and goes til 2 pm..the worst of it atleast. it lasts all all day and night though. i hate it. then at the same time my heart races soooo fast, like im scared about soemthing but im not. it worries me that it will do something to the baby. im a worry wart when it comes to pregnancies. ive had pretty rough ones in the past too. Krissy25..i too talk to some of the women from my old thread. its cool the bonds u build on here. then u always have someone to talk to that knows what ur gooing thru. i hope all is well for eveyone, and if anyone knows or is dealing with the heart racing thing and can help me i sure would love to hear it!!!

vsetter and Krissy25, This is my fist pregnancy following a miscarriage, too. So far, I haven't felt the panic, though. I know so many women (relatives, friends, coworkers) who have mc'd and gone on to have 1 or 2 (or 4!) healthy babies, so I have just been assuming I will, too. Here's hoping for the best for all of us. Is your OB seeing you early due to past mc, or do you have to wait it out until week 8?

lyleesmama, sorry to hear you're already sick. I had that horribly the first time, but not as bad the 2nd, and none this time YET. Have you found anything that helps?

My first appointment is on the 21st. This appointment is with the high-risk doctor. To the best of my knowlege, he will be doing an ultrasound to ensure a viable pregnancy. My boobs still hurt, which is a good sign. Otherwise, I have no other symptoms to keep me thinking positive.

Hi Ladies I think I am due in April? All the on-line calcs say something different so going with the middle date it should be April 10th. However I have a question? I tested positive with a HPT 8 days before my period was due. How soon did everyone else test and what were your results?

Hello ladies, well not too much to report yet except boobs are a little tender and they look fuller (which is nice) Since my 1st hpt i took was very faint i took another one and the line was darker so that makes me feel a little better, but it is still on the light side but i still don't think i'm a full 2 weeks past ovulation yet. What kind of concerns me is that this is the first cycle off the pill. I didn't intend to get pregnant this month, we were using protction but only during the days i thought i was most likey to ovulate. I'm hoping comming straight off the pill doesn't effect anything. Lyeesmamma sounds like things are going well, i know ms sucks but it's a good sign that things are progressing. Vtik this cycle was not normal for me, I believe i o'd on cd 21-23, i tested on cd 32 for me which would put me 9-11 dpo. With my dd i first tested at 9 dpo and got a positive. VSetter i'm sure that is why they will be doing the u/s, that is what my dr did to make sure everything was ok.

ok so please dont laugh at me but when u guys use the initials i dont know what ur talking about..lol like what is cd dd dpo??? i know i should know but i just dont...
thanks for the words about me being sick...boy o boy am i ever...dude i wanna stick my finger down my throat but i now thats not gonna help it any. im still really concered about my heart rate being so fast. i should call my dr about it but i dont wanna be one of those women who call about everything, but part of me says i need to be. this is my body and my child and i want everything to be ok and if i over worry then i would rather worry about nothing then not worry when there is something to be worried about right? it just sucks that its sunday and i have to go back to work tomorrow, only 10 more days of extern then im done!!! YAY!!!
so i live portland or, last time i was on here i was the only one on the west coast, is it like that agian? its weird cuz everyone had alrealdy been posting for three hours before i even got up!! LOL

I am joining the crowd... I just got back from the doctors. She had confirmed my positive I got at home. From what she said I'm looking at April 12. This will be number 1.

Brunnettfox welcome and congrats on your positive, my due date is the 13th if all goes well. Lyleesmama, i forget not everyone knows all the abervations. I'll give a little overview. DD, DS, DH, means dear daughter, son and husband. CD is cycle day, DPO is days past ovulation, AF is aunt flo, HPT is home pregnancy test. There are lots more, just ask if you are ever unsure. I live in the midwest, St. Louis to be exact. It's been fairly hot and muggy lately, Portland sounds nice. What is extern? I'm sure i'll feel stupid for not knowing when you tell me. Well i'm tired, off to bed.

Krissy25 i learned some of the aber last time but not all..i went to school to become a imsurance coder and medical biller and after 8 months of classes i had to do 160 hrs of on site job experience WITHOUT PAY!!! AHHHH!! thats extern. so ive been doin it for the last almost 2 months...im akmost done thank God. then hopefully ill get offered a part time job....

Last I heard my due date is March 31st but I know that's wrong, I know it'll be an April baby! It just doesn't seem that far away. Weird to think that in 8 short months we'll all have a baby of our own...

Hi ladies, hope everyone had a good weekend. I think I'm starting week 8 now (but not 100% sure).
lyleesmama, you're not alone. I've been really nauseated for the past 3 weeks from 6am-3pm every day -oh, and exhausted, I am SO tired all of the time. The only saving grace is on the weekend when I can nap when ds is napping.
I'm excited since I've got my dr's appt on friday and I'm sure he'll be sending me for an u/s since I haven't had regular cycles in almost 2 years. I was breastfeeding DS until recently (he still nurses 1/day)and I've only had 3 periods since he was born. So I'm hoping for an u/s to help pinpoint my due date. I also don't remember the cravings being quite as bad last time as they are this time. And weird, one minute I NEED to have a specific food and then as soon as I get it (or sometimes even before I get it), the thought or smell of it makes me sick to my stomach. I didn't have bad morning sickness with ds, but I was put off work early (at 20 weeks) due to diziness and fainting -fun, fun.
Oh, and I'm in Canada -the east coast (in case you haven't guessed;)
