I'm 5 weeks and i have mild cramping as well. This is my second, first is 6 year old, has been a while, so i don't really remember how i felt with him.
However, mild cramping in eary pregnancy is very normal. It is the stretching of the uterus you're probably feeling.

I am 8w5d today, and have on and off twinges the entire time. Some days you feel like AF will come knockin' at any time. I'm told it's perfectly normal, just your uterus kickin' into pg mode. If it gets painful and/or you start bleeding put a call in to your dr. Good luck!

Thanks so much. I am just real scared last time when I had my mc in march I had cramping, but it was doubling over kinda cramping. This is very light almost sometimes feels like gas in my belly. Thanks for everything

OH yes, I definitely had cramping for about the first 3 weeks. Not to worry, this is totally normal. I am now 10 weeks and the cramps went away after about the 7th week.

I had pretty intense cramps the around week 4 and 5 and was pretty scared until I read that it is fairly normal. I wished someone had told me before! One of those mystery symptoms no one ever mentions.

Oh yeah had the cramping. I thought I was starting my period several times. But I am now 8 weeks along and don't have any more cramping.
