Are Acne Meds Okay?

Is it safe for me to use over the counter topical acne cream like Clearasil on my face? I wasn't sure if my skin would absorb anything harmful.

I would ask your doctor first. I wouldn't think so ... but still ... I think you'd rather be safe than sorry. Your facial problems are just temporary ... plain ole soap and a gentle astringent followed with a moisturizer is the best treatment. Try some diluted vinegar or straight cider vinegar and see if that helps.
