Bleeding/Bowel Movements

Im 6 weeks pregnant, I started spotting 2 days ago, I noticed when I went to the bathroom and wiped. Also my progesterone is low 8.5 when normal should be about 12-15. Im continuing to spot and only notice it when using the bathroom, its not a continuous flow like a period, nor do i have cramps or any other symptoms. However, I notice that I only bleed after/during a bowel movement, red w/mucas, at times some small clots. Then when i go back to urinate later on, the blood is now brown or ceased altogether. I dread having bowel movements now, knowing i will start to bleed. Has anyone had this, is it normal, or a sign of anything else. Im doing hormorne tests every 48 hours, and have a ultrasound in a few days. Im scared that I may be having a miscarriage...any advice?

I have been spotting too.....and I stopped by now I only notice it after a bowel movement too.....

Is the blood in your bowel or urine? Sometimes if a person strains when they have a bowel movement...you will end up with a small amount of blood in the bowel. That happens with a lot of patients where I work.

The blood is not in my bowels, however I dont feel like im straining either. Because when I go back to urinate, and clean myself there is old, brown blood still coming out. I where panty liners now, but nothing is ever on them.

if the blood is coming from your bowels then its hemmoroids! You can get them any time. I am 10 weeks, and I have them!

i''m 7wks and experiencing spotting too. It comes and goes and sometimes i get it after bowel movement. i hope it's normal
