Bleeding At 5 Weeks? HCG Levels Match Sono?

I am 5 weeks pregnant. I am bleeding brownish-red. Going on 3 days now. Not heavy, no cramping. Just worried. My hcg levels match my sonogram. Really tired. My doc is checking my HCG levels again in 4 days, to see if they rise. Repeat sono in 10 days. Any advice??
