i would call your doctor to make sure everything is alright. bleeding is not very common. although it has seemed to happen to alot of women on this site.
Are you having any abdominal pains cramps etc?

justaguest don't worry about the pink discharge. BLEEDING IS VERY NORMAL IN THE FIRST TRIMESTER! as long as it isn't heavy (like af) or you're not cramping or having pain with it it's usually normal. if you ever have "red" blood i would call your doctor asap but if it's pink or brown (old blood) and you're not feeling bad a lot of times you can just wait and report it at your next doctors appt unless you feel uncomfortable about it. but like i said, it is common and normal and usually nothing to worry about.

i had the same mucousy stuff during all 3 of my preg and doc said it is totally normal...the blood is ok as long as it isnt heavy...streaks of pink blood could be irritation of your cervix or vaginal walls...dont worry

This is my first pregnancy too. I had spotting light (light brown) last week for two mornings in a row, and woke up to light pink cm with tiny specs of bright red this morning. I will be 11 weeks tomorrow. After I had the spotting the first time, I went in for an emergency u/s and pelvic exam because I had lower back pain and vaginal pain. My baby was fine, moving, beating heart and cervix was closed...go figure! Call your doc, no matter what...that is why you have medical care.

im 9 weeks pregnant. Since the first day i missed my period, i had spotting (red) and then it went to dark brown and went to mucousy pink discharge. It stop last week, my doctor cant give me any reason, she was telling me the baby is healthy and nothing to worry about, but im still worried. If i stay home i dont see any pinkish disharge, it only happened if im at work. . i went to my doctor evry week just to let her know everything but everytime she do the U/S everything is normal & ok..But at least now it stop..You can go to your doctor just to make sure, but stop worrying a lot coz it's bad for your baby....I hope your okay!
