Bleeding In First Trimester

I am aware of bleeding occuring when the embryo is implanting. However, I am now in my 10th week, and have experienced on and off light bleeding. In between I do experience spotting and light brown/dark brown discharge. I am not sure what to do. I am very worried. I have a scan scheduled in 10 days. I worry I am doing something wrong.....has anyone else experienced this? What do I do? Am I putting my baby at risk? Thank you all in advance

Personally if you are concerned about it enough to post here I would go to the dr. right away, the bleeding could be harmless just due to sexual activity or it could be something else. I had something similar to me and it ended up being a miscarriage I was suppose to be 11 weeks and 1 day but the baby passed away at around 6 weeks 6 days. I would suggest getting checked as soon as you can. Good luck
