C-section Scars

Hey Karen, I had that same question. I popped in on the c-section board and asked them and they said it was normal. I had those pains when I was about 5-7 weeks pregnant. I am13 weeks and 3 days now and I haven't had anymore. I think it must be some stretching going on. You just feel it more there b/c your nerve endings are all messed up. At least that's my opinion. :) |

All three of my kids were c-section babies and I had that type of pain with babies # 2 and 3. I think it's normal and I had no complications from it at all :-) |

I find that my scar burns quite often. I can feel the tissue stretching and it is quite uncomfortable. I am 9 weeks with my 3rd. My first two were c-sections. I have a question....How many c-sections will doctors normally allow you to have. I have been told no more than 3, but I see that other ladies have had more than that?...Not a big deal, just curious. |

Pearl, I have heard that you don't want to do more than 5. At least that is what a friend said her doctor told her after her 5th c-section. Me personally, I am having my tubes tied after this one because this baby will be #3 c-section. I don't want to chance it. Then again, my uterus tore with my first. Karen, Yes...I too agree that those pains are normal. I have had them as well! |
