Blech..not so much a question but I'm having an awful morning! No vomiting, just dry heaving...yuck! On a good note, our first doctor's appointment is today...anyone else just dry heaving and not throwing up?

I did it about a week ago. I was brushing my teeth in the morning and the toothbrush hit the back of my mouth wrong and it sent me into a fit of dry heaving. I figured it was because I hadn't eaten since dinner the night before. The positive is that you don't have that aweful throw-up taste in your mouth afterward!

I dont so much heave or throw up..i just have a constant BLECH feeling.
Followed by a hollow feeling in my stomach. Eating helps even if I think Im not hungry. At night Im really into an english muffin w/butter and jam and big glass of milk.
Just remember...its all good :)

I am about 7 weeks and have been having morning sickness for a few weeks, but this week has been terrible. I threw up a little on saturday night, but since then just dry heaves. I think it would feel so much better just to throw up though! I run to the bathroom thinking for sure this time I'm going to throw up and then I just heave. It's very frustrating and my stomach is just hurting worse and worse. I'm doing everything the doctors are telling me. So hmm. Hopefully it just lasts the first trimester.
