Hi!! Have you been to the doc yet? when is your next apt if you have, or first apt if you haven't? Is this your first baby/your first pregnancy? what's your story? =D

Hello, this will be my 5th preg. I have two girls and had two m/c. I'm praying this one sticks. My appt isn't until the 22nd and that just the first appt. I've been experiencing some brown discharge though usually after I have a b/m(tmi, sorry) and I called the nurse and she said to not worry unless I have bad cramping and it turns bright red. So I'm just on pins and needles. What about you?

This is my 4th pregnancy. I have had two m/c and a chemical pregnancy. I have PCOS, and I am just hoping that this pregnancy goes well. I don't want to lose another one. We want a baby so bad. My first apt is Monday, but I got blood work done today so that they would have the results by my apt. I am really worried because my ob just does not seem concerned at all, even though people with PCOS have a 15% HIGHER rate of m/c than people without it. I want to be able to have ultrasounds and bloodwork to monitor the well being of my baby, but my ob thinks the bloodwork is unnecessary, and I probably won't get a u/s until 12 weeks or later. I am going for a consult with the Vanderbilt midwives on the 18th, hopefully they will be more supportive.

hello becky, well, today after work I went to the er because I wiped and got pink discharge and that worried me. Well, after spending about 2 1/2 hrs, all they could do was a blood test because it was too early to see anything. I have to go back in Monday to take another test so hopefully, and I pray, that my levels go up. How are you feeling?

oh!! were you having any pains or cramping??? A lot of people have some bleeding and are just fine, so I hope everything goes well! I had really horrendous cramping yesterday, but no blood....all my pants are tighter and when df patted my belly he was surprised, he said it was poofy. I was like "I TOLD you my pants were tighter." (he had questioned how my pants could be tighter so early.) I am really anxious for my apt tomorrow to check my levels, and see if I can get an ultrasound in about a week to determine viability. If no one will let me have an u/s at 6 weeks, I will go into the ER complaining of sharp pains, then they will HAVE to give me an u/s so they can rule out ectopic. =P

Wow, good luck on your appt tomorrow. Keep me updated. I'm still spotting brown today but I'm not gonna jump to conclusions. My appt isn't until the 22nd, that's a long ways from now. I go in tomorrow to do another blood test. I hope everything turns out okay.

Hi - I am told my due date is Oct 28th... Sounds like forever. I would love to have a due date buddy. My first u/s is in 2 days and I pray it goes well. Had first miscarraige a few months ago at 7 weeks - so, this is a real trying week for us. I try to stay calm, keep faith that all will be well. We really want this baby... :)

Hi bumblebee! Congrats & Good luck!!! As for me, I went to my apt today. My hcg results from Friday were at 753. Is that good for like 20dpo? I know everyone is different, but it seems like that is around average or maybe a bit on the low side. I got a prescription for 400mg prometrium, and my first u/s is in two weeks, on Tuesday the 26th. I will be 7w3d by then, so we should be able to see the heartbeat! I'm very excited!!! but "should" does not mean that we WILL, some beans are slow growers and don't let you see the hb until as late as 12 weeks.

Hello, Welcome to our little group bumblebee. I know, the first three months are crucial! We just have to be positive. Well, I got my blood work back and the doc said that my levels are good so I'm going off of that. I hope it stays like that.

Hi girls - So, don't laugh at me - I got my due month all wrong! It is Sep 28, not Oct 28. In all the excitement when the nurse was telling me, I think I wrote down the wrong date. :) Wish you all the best 9 months, a wonderful delivery, and lots of joy with your new addition.

Hi! My due date is Oct. 12. I am so nervous because I just don't feel pregnant at all! I am having some cramping but I had that with my two previous pregnancies so that's normal for me. I finally get to have my first appt on the 19th. Can't wait until we all can just take a deep breath and enjoy these next 9 months :)

Hi Shannon!! I am with you there, I can't wait until my first u/s so I can relax a little. I was having tons of symptoms for the first few days after my bfp! but now all I have is bloatedness, sore boobs, and some twinges and pulls. Even the cramps went away! It makes me worried. =(

Good morning ladies, welcome Shannon. I've been burping a lot and I think my m/s is starting to kick in, ugh! I'm scared to eat because I don't want it to come back out! Anywho, wearing a bra at night helps with the soreness. My cramps went away to as well as the spotting so I'm happy about that. Still got about a week till my first appt. Hope you guys are doing good.

Glad the spotting went away Lashunda. m/s sucks, but it's all worth it!! I have had some mild sharp pains in the last hour or so in the region of my right ovary. Do you know if cysts can still develop during pregnancy, or if existing cysts can still be there and burst? I'm hoping it's just something like that, and not an ectopic....but if it persists I'm going to the ER. df is going to feel horrible because we just had sex, and he'll think that's the cause...I was just trying to ignore it, but it worries me. =(
