Early Pregnancy Symptoms?

I'm not sure if I am pregnant or not. I had my son Mason in October of 2008. I had an IUD put in 5 weeks after he was born. Had my period regularly until this last May. I had no period in June. I had light spotting July 28th and 29th. Have a few symptoms I had with my first like fatigue, cramping, upset and bloated stomach. If I am pregnant I have no idea when I would have conceived or if these "symptoms" are something else entirely. I remember with my first I had contractions as early as 7 weeks pregnant and I swear that is what I just felt no less than an hour ago. My period cramps are deeper and different, this cramp or contraction I just had was across my lower abdomen and felt like it was tightening. I am sooo confused anyone with advice on how far I may be or your early symptoms let me know. There is supposed to be a VERY low chance of conception with the IUD, that is why I chose it. Do you know anyone who conceived with an IUD in place? Any replies will be greatly appreciated

I know it can happen, but it's not common. I would take a test, as if you are pregnant, you need to see the DR asap to figure out what you're going to do. There's an extremely high risk of miscarriage with an IUD pregnancy.
