HCG Level Question

Hi all, I am currently 8.5 weeks pregnant and have just had my first ultrasound. All is well except for a small subchorionic hematoma. I am also on progesterone supplements. I have had excellent HCG till now. It dropped a bit this week. Is this normal? It went from about 203,000 to 191,000 in 1 week.
