How do you deal with the back pain?? I am only 4 weeks but my lower back is KILLING me!!!! What is a good way to help with it??

you can try using a heating pad, otherwise the only thing you can take for pain is tylenol. The back pain does get better (for a while)! Try sleeping on your left side with a pillow between your legs, it helps keep your spine in alignment and relieves some of the pressure..unfortunately, the lovely back pain is just one of those things we have to deal with.....I know one good way is some nice back rubs :) (my hubby is too lazy to give them to me though!)

Thanks, the heating pad won't heat up my insides too much right?? LOL, you would think I never had a kid before!!! I have two DD but it has been almost 5 years since my last one was born.

I hear you with the back pain! I have to lug my 9 month old son around too so I'm sure that's not helping me at all! I like the Icy Hot, it's a rub that you can put on your back. At least it helps for a little while.

no, the heating pad will not heat up your insides too much!! LOL. I actually got such bad round ligament pain with my first pregnancy, that my doctor o.k'd me to use the heating pad on my lower belly, (as long as it wasn't too hot obviously!!) My son is only 2, and I still forget what I went through with him...Its like after you deliver them, you forget about all the aches and pains you had!!!! I sure don't remember my first pregnancy being as difficult as this one is!!
