Ok Ladies, I fell for it, I bought the home gender test from the drug store more than as a joke than anything and it was fun for my hubby and I to do together. Well the test came out male which is wonderful since we already have a little girl who is almost 4. We didnt realy pay to much mind to it but when I went it for my next apt w/ my Doc she told me that there is no reason that it wouldnt work, she more or less said that the test searches for testosterone (or whatever) in you urine and either it finds it or not....She then informed me that I was probally haveing a boy anyway because when I had a sonogram at 7 weeks the babies heartbeat was 123. Per my Doc boys tend to have heartbeats under 140 and girlies are above...... has anyone else heard this wise tale? if so was it correct? Please Let me know!

my first two boys had heartbeats between 150-155, my daughter had a heartbeat of 120-130 and my last boy had one that fluctuated between 120-160 so who knows. I hope oyu have your boy but I wouldnt run out and buy boy clothes yet :)

I used that test about a month ago and it said that I would be having a boy but I had an ultrasound this morning and it is all girl. I hope it's right with you.
