i feel the same...and i'm getting married the day after tomorrow! this is a miserable feeling and i've been avoiding my prenatal vitamins because they make it unbearable. hopefully this will pass sooner than later and we can just enjoy our little beans. |

I am plagued with nausea also. I have been taking my prenatal about 15 minutes before I go to bed so I can sleep through the worst of the nausea. I also feel better after I eat, but whats really strange is that water is making me really sick. When I drink water it feels like I'm putting a lead weight in my belly. Jessica, congrats on your wedding! Many blessings to you and your soon-to-be dh!!! |

Maggie, I feel the same way about water. It's like it tastes so bad I don't even want to drink it but I have to. Every sip I take makes me feel soooo much worse. Jessica, I feel for you. I get married in February so I am hoping the worst will have passed by then. Congrats and good luck. |

Diclectin ladies. Diclectin! Its prescribed in Canada, and used to treat nausea. Two at bedtime, one in the morning. But BOY does it pack a punch! Makes you very tired and spacey. I ended up taking only one tablet at night... and it worked great! Also... OB told me I could on occassion take half a gravol tablet. That works too. Good luck! |

I am feeling the exact same way jodsil, I feel great for about a 1/2 and hour after I eat and then WHAM it hits like a freight train. The water is bad for me too... I think it almost makes things worse. I am only 5 wks and 3 days, I have never had m/s this soon... I had it at like 61/2 wks with the first two, I have had this since 8 dpo... that is why I tested at 9 dpo, and I saw the doctor at 12 dpo... he thought that I was crazy being there that early, cuz he said that I had not even missed af yet... I knew thou. wrightaway, I do not know what they prescribe in the US but I know that with my SIL she had to be admitted to the hospital for dehydration and lose a certain amount of weight before they would give her anything like that... (it may have been her insurance company) she was sooo sick that she was vomiting from 6 wks til she was 6 1/2 months 3 or 4 times a day... I just keep thinking that I am glad it is only nausea. Yes CONGRATS on the wedding jessica, how exciting... a wedding and a baby... |

Feeling nauseated really hit me at 7 weeks also, I am almost 11 now and it is mostly gone but now I am just too tired to function. It is making me depressed because I have a 3 year old that I barely have energy to play with! |

ditto. My poor DS4 has been watching way too much tv. It does feel depressing...but I know it will pass... |

Ladies - I am 25 weeks and still have all-day sickness. I have been given a prescription for Zofran from my doc to last all the way to the end. Its a miracle drug and has no side effects. Its expensive though if your insurance won't cover it. |

Gretta- Did you try anything else before they put you on Zofran? I've been sick with all my pregnancies and have been on phenergan but with this one it doesn't seem to work as well. Thanks. |
