I'm about 6 weeks along & I swear I'm so bloated! I haven't gained any weight. I recently lost almost 100lbs, so I'm on the scale regularly.
There's no way my belly is growing already right? This is probably bloating from hormones, or maybe to much sodium recently...right?
One more thing... Is anyone else exhausted?!?

I also wanted to add that even though I'm so tired & exhausted i cant sleep well. Well I'm probably still getting enough sleep, but usually I fall asleep & stay that way until my alarm goes off

Are you napping during they day - a pattern different than your norm? Maybe your nighttime "sleep clock" has gotten off - maybe your body is getting you ready for the sleepless nights of a newborn! :-)
I had an overactive thyroid during my last pg - I would stay up "nervous/anxious" for hours although I was EXHAUSTED. Fortunately I don't have that problem this time.
Best wishes! I know sleep/good rest is really important for survival!

The hormones cause your digestion to slow down and alot of times this results in excess gas which can cause your bloating. There is also a marked increase in blood volume while pregnant. The exhaustion is normal and most times gets better around 14 weeks. Congrats & Good luck.

As for bloating, I would notice that more during the evenings than during the days...

I'm not napping during the day..unfortunately. I dunno what it is, maybe I'm just so excited
