you should definately make an appointment with your dentist. It is very important to see one in your first trimester because your teeth get weakened by pregnancy (taking minerals from your teeth to help your baby) You also want to be checked for gum disease, it is a known cause for premature birth (i know it sounds weird, but it's true). So take the time (and unfortunately money) and have your teeth checked out, even if they don't seem bad. Just no xrays! good luck!
