Hi, I am 11 weeks pregnant and i have terrible terrible nausea, but no vomiting. It feels like i have food stuck in my throat and the very thought of food puts me off. I feel hungry every 2 hrs, but the minute i feel hungry i feel sick. Sometimes the nausea is so bad, that end up in the bathroom with my finger down my throat and after puking, I feel a little better. I don't know if it is okay to do this? Has anyone experienced the same?

I had the same and never puked, but i think i would have felt better if i had. It did feel worse when i felt hungry, so i always had crackers or pretzels with me. I lost weight the first couple months. They say this is normal. Just make sure you're taking your prenatal vitamin to make up for what you're not getting in your diet. You should be feeling better soon. Luckily mine stopped all the sudden at 10 1/2 weeks. Most people by 13 or 14 weeks feel better. Hang in there!
