Thin Uterus And 4 Weeks Pregnant! HELP!!!

My sister was rushed into hospital 2 nights ago with abdominal pain and bleeding. Turns out she is pregnant, she had no idea! They did blood tests and arent sure whether it is a healthy pregnancy(as they saw nothing in the scan), a failing pregnancy or an ectopic pregnancy. She has to back tonite and get more hormone tests done to see if they can establish what is hppening. They said she had a very thin uterus anyway. They dont seem to be very positive bout her situation. Anyone carried full term with a thin uterus?
