Jennmartll - good luck to you as well! :) I am saying my prayers... I'll say one for you too. I'm new to the midwest and a little nervous to venture out in this snow today, but I will be heading out to buy some more tests soon! Keep me posted on your progress as well ~ and hopefully there are some others on here who can provide advice or positive stories!

this is the 1st month that we have been ttc, and i am now 2 days late (was due on 1st dec). I thought AF had showed when I woke up (on due date) but it was just a bit of brown...just looked as if AF was begining to show but thats all it was. Im trying to wait a little longer to take a test just incase it comes out negative...lol. Anyone else experienced anything like this? Do you think this could have been spotting, because from what im reading seems like everyones is different!

Well juliemae...I got AF this morning :( I am more annoyed that I had all of that spotting because I feel like my next o date will be hard to pinpoint. I will just rely again on my faithful opks. Hopefully, your test came back positive again!!! Any more bleeding?

i am wondering also i have been spotting for about 4 days lite pink and enough for just a liner one time it was red but still only for a liner.period isnt due for another 4 days. never happened with my other children.how long can this go on>been 5 days now.,breasts sometimes feel sore

Hi everyone! Happy New Year! I have been reading all of these posts and I think I may be in the same boat. I had unprotected sex on Dec 13th. My last period was on Nov 28th. On Dec 19th I experienced bad indigestion (which I never have) and on Dec 23rd I felt nauseous off and on all day. which has continued to this day. My period was due on Dec 28th and instead I guess I had inplantation. I thought it was my normal period, but it started out a little heavy and then within a day it was very lite pink. It lasted for 3 days. I took 1 preganancy test on Dec 31st and it was negative. I have a doctor's app on Jan 7th. I am so nervous. Should I wait and get the blood work or take another test? I have so many sypmtoms. I can only eat a little. I'm extremely bloated. I also have been getting headaches (some I have never experienced before) I'm wondering if this is all in my head. But I started having the symptoms before I ever thought I could be pregnant! Any advice would be very appreciated ;) Has anyone else had these early symptoms???

Okay so I started my last period on the 19th of December, I ovulated around the first and there is a big possiblity i am pregnant. my periods are normally 28-29 days. The thing is on Sunday i started a watery pink spotting after i had sex which by the way was painful, like a sore painful. It was llight pink/ brown till this morning. I woke up and Its like I started my period. Its red but not that much. I have had a lot of pregnancy symptoms like my boobs are sore and I noticed blue veins, and I almost threw up quite a few times, i cant eat, I had a horrible migraine yesterday too. I was sure it was implantation bleeding till this morning, Im sad and a little hopeful. I guess it still could be implantation bleeding if it isnt like my reg. period. I was told that for tests to be accurate to wait a full month before you test that it will be accurate then. Like me i guess if this "period" is weird i should wait till the 19th to get an accurate result. I dunno know if I helped anyone or if anyone can help me... I'll keep you ladies posted. Baby dust!

Hi, I know this is weird but I'm so confused. So I'm on the depo shot, just started it 1.22.09, which was almost exactly the middle cycle. For the last 2 months I have had 35 day cycles like clock work. This month my period was supposed to start on 2.9.09 but no period, yesterday I though I was on my period because when I wiped there was some light brown/light pinkish discharge on the toilet paper. I put a tampon in and a few hours later when I went to shower pulled it out and no blood. Ok so I ask because I had unprotected sex with my bf 2 days after I got on the shot. Oh and I didn't experience implantation bleeding with my daughter

hello, well the day i got my bfp i had some pink when I wiped and a few spots on my underwear and it lasted one day it was at 12dpo. I don't know whether this was implantation asi thought that you couldn't get a bfp until a few days after implantation but I hope that helps. :o)

i have had implantation type bleeding for 10 days now. i have endrometriosis and normally have heavy periods. I have very sore breasts, lower back pain, dizzyness and nausea to egg and coffee smell. Going tomorrow to get test. have had 2 miscarriages and one success. If not pregnant, wondering what is going on.

Hi, we are TTC & I have been having strange symptoms recently & I think I am beginning to think (or hope!) that I amy have conceived?

- My last (definite) AF started on Jan 23rd 09 (lasted approx 4- days).

- then on Thursday 19th Feb - I felt like period was about to start
- then on Fri 20th Feb - I felt like period was about to start
- then on Sat 21st Feb - Light spotting - felt like period was about to start
- then on Sun 22nd Feb - Light spotting - felt like period was about to start
- then on Mon 23nd Feb - Apparent fairly light period & uncomfortable feeling like I had diarrhea all day (not nice & kept having to rush to the loo), very tired & spent day on sofa with hot water bottle
- then on Tues 24th Feb - Very light period, very tired
- then on Weds 25th Feb - Very very light/watery - almost not noticeable
- then on Thurs 25th Feb - Spotted (when wipe)
- then on Fri 27th Feb - Spotted (mainly when wipe)
- then on Sat 28th Feb - Spotted (mainly when wipe) - very very mild aches/twinges in abdomen & feeling a litt sick at times? Felt hungry at times more than usual? - might be imagining it!!
- then on Sun 1st March - Spotted (mainly when wipe) - very very mild aches/twinges in abdomen - might be imagining it
- then on 2nd March (today) - Nothing today (very very faint amount when wipe). Very mild aches/twinges in my sides & very mild pulling sensation near where my ovaries would be - maybe I am thinking too hard about symptoms?!

I am suspecting tat something might be up because I spotted for so long? So called the doc this AM & have an appointment this afternoon as am hoping I might be pregnant but equally if I have had a weird period, then I want to rule out an infection! Fingers crossed!

Anyone else bled lightly & then spotted for this long?

Hi all. I also experience implantation bleeding. Like another post, I got my BFP about 4 days early and the day my period was due (day 28) I had some spotting. But, only when I wipped. It was brownish and lasted about a day and 1/2. Never would make it to my panties, but that may be becuase I was a little obsessed/worried (i've had two previous miscarriages) and I went to the bathroom a lot to keep "checking" it. Sorry if TMI!

Just got back from GP & she was useless to be honest .... volunteered no advice or what to expect or look out for, whether she thought my period was odd or not, no coment about the spotting, when I should get back to her or anything - so I ended up feeling quite inadequate, like a silly little girl (am 31!). To be honest I reckon she might have been about the same age as me, maybe younger. She simply said that we had to rule out pregnancy by doing a pregnancy test .... & sent me on my way! OK - I bought another pregnancy test on the way home & will try tomorrow... but she didn’t half make me feel silly... doubt I will go back to her if it turns out I am!!

I had some pink spotting yesterday, it filled up the toilet paper pretty good, I felt something coming down my leg, went to the bathroom and it was light pink. I wiped about 6 more times and got a little bit more of the pink stuff on the toilet paper but then that was it. It is 6 days before my period is due, could this be implantation bleeding?

we are ttc for the past 5 months, and my last period was on apr 11 .I had transvaginal and abdominal ultrasounds on may 5th and when i came home and used wash room i saw brown spotting (very light).the next day i had slight dark red and then light red bleeding (it was very light).Its day 3 i still have brown to black spotting.the first response preg test came negative on 1st and 3rd mornings.

By the way i am always irregular and periods last from 32- 42 days.I have few preg symptoms like nausea , headaches, bloting.Dont have any breat tenderness.
could i be pregnant, when is the best time to take preg test, my last period was 33 days long.

I ppreciate if somebody respond who had similar situation.

I normally have very heavy, regular PAINFUL periods....

Me and my boyfriend had intercourse 2 days after my period and the next evening I got a sharp pain in my lower belly on the left that lasted 5 mins... about 10 days later I got it again but on the same day I got spotting, like a goey pink at first for a day, then it stopped, the next day I had a brown/pink discharge, then the next day it was red and has been gettin heavier throughout the day... So far I am just using pantyliners but going to the loo more often to keep an eye on it, I am not due on for another 7 days and have NO PAIN ATALL now so I dont get it... I never spot or bleed mid-cycle... and I have had a few other mild pg symptons too...

Can implantaion bleeding be heavier than light spotting?

I really suspect that I'm pregnant...
