Morning Sickness

i am 9 weeks into my pregnancy and suffering with terrible with sickness morning noon and night is there anything i can take to reduce it?

You can try and take a bite of fresh ginger. I heard that it does help. Just a little nibble is enough.

There are tons of suggestions out there... dry crackers and other bland carbs tend to help... another suggestion is to not drink fluids at the same time as you eat... if it's horrible... I suggest drinking ICE COLD water... as it tends to soothe the throat going in and coming back out a little more than other fluids might. The good thing is that around 12 weeks morning sickness usually begins to subside... a few more weeks for you to go and the rest shouldn't be so bad! Good luck!
