Daynae, I just recently started getting super nauseous as well. I have found that lying on my stomach and sleeping HELPS, it does not take it away. I have found that certain foods such as milk/cheerios/bananas/peaches help... but other foods like chicken/cheese/potatos and beans make it worse... I have also been instructed by my midwife to drink 10-16 oz of water every hour of the day that I am awake... and let me tell you WATER DOES NOT HELP! lol

haha!! thanks Krissy!! and i agree w/ you, everytime i try to guzzle down some water it ends up making me more sick to my stomach!!! A friend told me to suck on peppermint candy and it actually helped. Also, i had soup for lunch yesterday and felt nice in my belly. Oh, and gingerale!! yuck!! it didnt help me at all!! guess different things work for different people.

I will try that peppermint candy and I was thinking about splurging on preggo pops??? heard anything about those? Soup sounds yummy. I think maybe I will have that for lunch. I hate this queezy feeling but anything for the health and good growth of the bean. :)

daynae- have you tried to see if your doctor can call you in anything to the pharmacy to help. I called my doctor today because i've been feeling nauceous all day long every day (although not actually getting sick) i think that would actually be better so maybe it'd get it out of my system... but she is calling me medicine she said is healthy to take while being pregnant and will not harm the baby at all.. i am not sure if it works or not yet i am gonna go get it when i leave work today it was something called ZOFRAN? i'm not sure exactly how to spell it.. just another option to look into?
