hi! from what i hear it is very normal. there is a lot more blood flowing around down there so the slightest bump can cause light bleeding. i had some a few weeks ago and found out from an ultrasound that i have a blood clot in my uterus. the baby's fine though and they say it should dissolve or pass. anyway i'd call your dr. just as a precaution but definitely wouldn't freak out about it. everyone i've ever talked to that has had a mc has said you'll know when it happens b/c it is very painful and a lot of blood. hope this helped a little.

i agree - as long as it's light spotting - that's fine. it's most definitely from having sex - just irritates you a bit. as long as slight bleeding isn't accompanied by cramps, you are fine. but if you want to be sure, you can always call/see your doctor. i had like, one spot one day and called mine and she said, "spotting is fine. do you have cramps?" when I said no, she said "don't worry, hon. if you get cramps, put your feet up." they didn't seem too concerned and she is a great doc, so that led me to believe it's very normal. hope you feel better - and you can still have sex, it's totally okay throughout pregnancy, but be gentle :)
