How did he measure this?

when i was 10 weeks i went to a local doctor just to see about m/s pills. i asked him if i could hear the heart beat while i was there and he said no becuase i was too early...he said he would examine me though. so as he was pushing on my tummy, he said i was farther along the 10 week because of a large uterus. he told me i was messuring 14 weeks. so we got the doppler and found the heartbeat. when i got in with my normal doctor she sent me in for an early u/s because of that doctors findings and her finding of a large uterus and the dates not matching with my lmp. so at the u/s i would have been 13 weeks (lmp) and 17 weeks uterus size, but the ulrasound told me that MY dates were accurate and i just have a big uterus. No alarm in that, its common to messure bigger but not be farther along. hope this helps.

he just felt for the uteras and said it felt bigger than my dates , i have ahd two perfectly normal pregnancies , maybe thats why , maybe i would measure bigger because i have been pregnant before , i dont know !?

I wouldn't be worried either - the best way for them to date is by a scan but after a certain point the babies grow at different rates. Also you could have ovulated a week early ect. I don't put too much credit into them being able to exactly date the preganancy to a day.

Oh definitely don't worry!!! Wait for the scan. :)

with my second I was 28 weeks butm y uterus was 36 weeks, rely only on the u/smeasurements.

go by u/s measurments. because this isn't your first child, your uterus is probably just measuring bigger, which isn't that unusual. I am measuring bigger to when they check the fundal height but my u/s measurements were right on target.
