I've read that if working out is something you've always done before you got pregnant, that you can continue to do so.. but if it's something new, not to do it. Hope it helps. |

My sister ran a marathon in her first trimester, and now she's due in less than 6 weeks and still running 4 miles a day. Of course, she ran marathons beforehand, too. If you normally exercise regularly, then you shouldn't have any problem continuing to do so. Just don't start anything you haven't done before and be reasonable about it. Know your limits, and watch your heart rate. Btw, I'm in CA, too - SF area. |
