5 Weeks Pregnant With Brown Discharge

i just found out im 5 weeks pregnant....i went to the hospital earlier today coz i spotted and had a clot pass...doctors checked me out and said that because i didnt pass alot of blood or anything that they would do a US tomorow morning as a pre-caution...at the moment i am having brown discharge its not heavy and im in no pain..i was just wondering if any other women have experienced coloured discharge in the early stages of pregnancy.....ill be going to the doctors first thing in the morning just wanted to know anyones opinions thank -you...

I actually had that happen throughout my pregnancy with Cody ! I was put on bed rest ; you may have placenta previa . Don't get too worried just pray !

Brown spotting is normal and I have heard of women passing only 1 clot or a couple but no back aches or painful cramping (which you arent suffering from so extremly good sign). Giggly is probably right you have placenta previa and I have read this happening to other ladies and the go on and have a healthy baby. take care:)

I had that and 5 weeks too and ended up having a mc. But every situation is different. I wish you the best stay positive.
