Hi,
My period was due on 27th September. Now its about 4 weeks late. I took Clear Blue pregnancy test after about ten days of due date, and it came out negative.
I am having low grade fever (99-99.8 degree) for more than one month. I feel nauseous rarely, especially when i am hungry. My nipples are too sore for last one week as well as the breast. 2 days ago in night i was cleaning house when i experienced pain in lower abdomen and back. Me having constipation as well since yesterday. And i am also having a blister inside my mouth (on the inner side of lip) for last one month. It appears and then bursts and then again appears at the same place. it doesnt hurt.
I am overweight as well. Can it be problem cause of my weight?
My periods were always regular before marriage. Well i got married in januray 2009. my periods were regular till march 2009. Then it got ir-regular one time. But at that time i was getting severe abdominal pains and no fever. so i went to doctor and she gave me clomid and duphaston. i took these medicines till august and my periods were regular again. then i stopped medicine and now again my periods are late.
I have no stress and worries these days. Just want to get pregnant soon.
Thanks,

Lady- sounds like you need to go to the dr. If a pregnancy test is still coming back negative and you have no sign of it coming, you need to check it out. At this point, if you were pregnant the hcg levels would be very high and definitely detectable on an hpt. Perhaps your body is going through changes from getting of of the clomid coupled with your weight could also change your cycle. In short definitely go to the dr. perhaps there is more going on than you realize. All he best and keep me posted.

I'm a registered nurse and this is MY professional opinion:
If you aren't having a cycle, are experiencing the signs and symptoms of pregnancy AND are getting negative pregnancy test results more than a week after your missed period, you could have an ectopic pregnancy on your hands. Get into the doc immediately as this is a serious medical condition that COULD cause fallopian scarring/rupture and/or infection, if this is indeed what is going on. Hopefully not, but much better safe than sorry! Best of luck and keep us posted!

Hi,
Me being a former overweight and clomid user it could be. I went months with out a cycle and even went a full year. Dr visit after dr visit hoping I was pregnant. I had been married for about 6 yrs at the time. Clomid is use for obese women who have PCOS which if not treated can make you were you can't conceive. I know if you been to the dr over and over you seem like it's bothers some but there thier for your help. And also PCOS can make you obese. I weighed 125 all through high school and from 19 to 22 when I finally went to the dr I weighed in at 387. PCOS normal starts showing signs in women in their late teens early 20's and most dr don't look for this in obese women. I would surely make a trip to ur gyno and see if that's the case. But yes obesity can make you have abnormal periods. Now that I have lost back down to 162 lbs I have had a normal period for about 3 years till this month. Which I am over a week late!!
